Who we are
KOP Worldwide B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We run KOPS Creators, the brand partnerships side of KOPS.
What we collect
Only what you type into the brief form: your name, work email, company, role, whether you are a brand or an agency, the advertiser, your product or category, the creators and formats you are interested in, timing, budget range, target markets and any notes you add. We also store the page the brief came from and the time it was sent.
Why we use it
To answer your brief and discuss a possible campaign. That is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs for up to 24 months after our last contact about them, then delete them. Signed agreements are kept longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or object to us keeping them. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority.
